Clubhouse Class Calendar

The Clubhouse is available to hire for meetings, parties and classes. Yellowave has changing rooms, showers and a lovely cafe on site. Parking outside the venue is £1/hr pay and display.

This class calendar shows all the activities that run on a weekly basis. The sessions are all run by outside companies / instructors / teachers. To book in or for specific questions on the class please contact the instructor direct on the number or email provided.

Pilates Flow with Heather Hoffman (Intermediate level)

9:15am – 10:15am 

This class has a continuous feel to it. Designed to take you from one exercise to the next in a fluid and streamlined way, so that you feel energised and challenged by the end of the class. We use Pilates props most of the time to keep things fresh and fun! Previous Pilates experience is required as the class moves at a consistent pace. If you have your own mat, you are welcome to bring it, otherwise mats are available.

Ying Hung Wing Chun Kung Fu

6.00 – 7.00pm

A holistic, pressure tested martial art, bringing mind and body together for better physical and mental health. Anyone big or small, male or female has power and confidence within them…learn how to unlock and use this in your daily life. Competitively tested system, that gives you real ability to defend yourself, whilst quickly making your mind and body, robust, fluid and dynamic. Anyone welcome and no experience necessary….meditation through martial movements.

In these open-level classes I will guide you through a breath-focused mindful movement session.  Aiming to release tension, stretch tired muscles and improve strength and mobility.  You will leave feeling revived, relaxed and with a more focussed calmer mind.

Mindfulness based Hatha Yoga and Sound Meditation With Victoria Cooper

Mindfulness based Hatha Yoga offers a peaceful, gentle yet powerful yoga practice, with a focus on mindfulness and breathing for strengthening both the body and the mind.

This class offers you the opportunity and the space to become more mindful in movement, posture and breath. The practice will help you to turn inwards, give space for stillness and allowing you to become present, to reconnect the body and the mind.

The practice can be both active and passive and all postures can be adapted to meet different needs and abilities.

The class will follow a similar format and rhythm each week but each class will be different .

Every class will finish with a long relaxation and sound meditation using Tibetan singing bowls and Gong .

The classes are suitable for all levels.

Some yoga mats are provided, please bring a blanket and water.
